I bring more than 20 years of accounting experience, with a strong background in real estate and property management. My career includes 11 years in public accounting as a Senior Auditor and tax specialist, with a focus on real estate, low-income housing, HUD and not-for-profit organizations.

A simple setup. Accounting handled for you.

1. Meet with us. We discuss your rental business and review the current state of your financial records.

2. Connect your information securely. We provide a checklist for the files and account access we need, using read-only access where available.

3. Bring your books current. We analyze your records, complete the agreed catch-up work, and prepare updated financial statements.

4. Establish a reliable monthly process. We implement procedures and internal checks tailored to your business, then handle the ongoing accounting with minimal involvement from you.

Once onboarding and catch-up work are complete, financial statements are issued by the 15th of each month. Where included in your service, required related-party payments are processed by the 10th with detailed statements.

Monthly services typically range from $1,500–$2,500, depending on fleet or portfolio size and scope. We establish your service scope and pricing during the consultation process.
